Self-Pay Visits

Click the "Book Now", choose state and provider.
Choose "Enter Waiting Room" for same day visits or click "Book Appointment". Option to chat message provider with questions within portal prior to booking.
Create account & complete intake form. You will be asked to download free software app on computer or smartphone.
Choose visit option & enter payment method. Payment method held for authorization. Card NOT fully charged until end of visit.
Choose date & time for new visit-Availability 9:00a-9:30p EST Mon-Fri. Sat 12-3pm.
Receive text & email confirmation link for appointment. Start visit using same link.
If choosing "Walk-In" visit option: Card is required for authorization hold-Card hold is released if not seen by a provider and waiting room is exited.
Missed visits are charged the FULL visit fee. You will be charged 50% of visit fee if appointment is cancelled 24 hours prior to appointment time.

How Long Does a Psychiatric Evaluation Take?

Psychiatric evaluation visits typically last anywhere from 30 to 60 minutes, rarely up to 90 minutes for very complex cases. It depends on the provider, the additional testing required, and the complexity of your needs. On our platform, we offer 45-minute psychiatric evaluations to give you enough time to share your concerns, discuss your mental health history, and explore treatment options in a thoughtful, supportive setting.
